• 3/25/23I ordered an Oreo create your own creation ice cream, with a waffle bowl. Oreo crème ice cream with Oreo cookie mixed in. I guess you have to pay for extra toppings to actually get Oreo, what I received the Oreo was mostly nonexistent. The waffle bowl didn't have any taste, very plain and stale. Other ice cream shops have Oreo chunks and pieces all throughout, this was kind of disappointing for what I paid.

• 8/13/26Everything arrived on time, but the top was loose when I went to check the ice cream. I'm not sure if it was the dasher's fault or the packagers fault, but the addition of an extra spoon leads me to think the one packaging was in a hurry.
This usually isn't a problem I notice with Cold Stone.

• 5/7/22Very disappointed with the Peanut Butter Cup Perfection. It had just a few slivers of peanut butter cups and it was basically chocolate ice cream. Honestly, Kroger Private Selection is much better.

• 7/5/24I have ordered from Cold Stone many times, but this particular order was larger. Perhaps because of the size of the order (4 items), there were mistakes. While the ice cream requests were correct, the sizes of three of the items were not. All four items were supposed to be Love It sized, but three of the ones I received were Like It sized, and only one was the correct size.
