Frequently the ice cream from this store tastes like ice. Like old ice cream: unfortunately is nearest location from me, but this location is not up to the standards of others. I pay double for this ice cream because of the fees etc. Not worth it if the taste is bad

Ice cream keeps tasting like ice and they frequently don't mix the ingredients.
This cold stone store needs to have an inspection and training. Paying 30usd to get delivered a 10usd ice cream that it tastes bad and is not even mixed is a scam. It isn't the first time but as it is the closest one to deliver to me I decided to give it another shot. But it is not worth the money.

It was terrible. The ice cream was melted and the flavor fully bland and way too sugary. The portion was incredibly small too although I picked medium!!! I would never order again.

Ice cream is old filled with ice bits. I added choco chips not added. The Waffle is old.

Never had ice cream from here before. The quality is amazing and taste well beyond amazing I rate this store 5 stars. I will be making sure to continue getting my ice cream from here!
