• 2/28/22I ordered my usual, the Berry Berry one, I can't really remember the entirety of the name... As usual, my ice cream was cold, delicious and really satisfied my intense craving for something superb! Thank you again, Cold Stone for always being consistent and exceptional!

• 5/17/26We have ordered from Cold Stone for the last time. Once again they failed to get our order right. I paid over $18 for a Gotta Have It peanut butter cup. I added extra peanut butter, peanut butter sauce and Reese's cups. I got a big cup of sweet cream ice cream with a whole Reese's pb cup on top and one more broken in half in the ice cream. We paid over $9 for another Gotta Have It coffee lovers. We got a Love It size of chocolate ice cream with a few pieces of what tasted like fudge. Wrong size plus wrong flavor made the decision for us. It's a shame too because when they actually get it right, it's really good.

• 12/3/25My husband went to pick up this order and they had not even started it even though the store was empty. They did not mix the ice cream with my mix in, so the ice cream was hard with my m&m's just sitting on top of it. They also did not fill the cup up all the way. It is definitely not worth the money.

• 9/1/24Create Your Own Creation they gave me like half a scoop of ice cream and it's not even filled up half way in both of them and i payed 17$. waste of money with how little they gave

• 11/27/24Saturday I called as soon as I received delivery. The person said Manager not in the store, but the person said they made the cake and agreed it was not worth the money I paid. Not as pictured 4 layers 2 cake 2 ice cream and raspberries on top pic shows the void of other two layers. The person suggested I could call the following day, but on Sunday, I asked them to give a message to call me. I called 8 different times today, and there was no answer. still no resolved
VERY DISSATISFIED. Terrible business, in my opinion, and I am a regular
