Coliseum tacos

All the meats have been marinated for 24 hours and then slow cooked for 6 hours with cilantro, lime, base marinated, fresh and dried chiles to get the real authentic south of the border flavor. Flour or corn soft tortilla, cilantro tomatillo salsa roasted tomato jalapeño salsa.

All served with rice, beans, plantains, cilantro and tomale salsa.
