GREAT customer service. I made a mistake on the app accidentally ordering the Maine Lobster Roll and not the Connecticut lobster roll tho both are delicious I wanted something warm and they changed it for me. been going to Colo for two years and it's the best lobster rolls in Ohio! Thank you Colo

Lobster was unseasoned, with no salt or other seasonings. No Mayo on bun so, the sandwich was dry with little flavor. Additionally, the meat was mostly large claw pieces, which was unexpected for a $31 roll.

colo gets nastier each time i get it.i fear they have run out of chances :( the fries are always soggy, the mac is always waaaayyy over seasoned, the fish n chips is waaaayyy under seasoned. the lobster bisque actually is really good, esp for price and size, but not so good that i'd keep eating here. sorry queen

I got the lobster Mac & Cheese yesterday & it was so good. I was surprised at how much lobster they put in it for the price. It was so worth it. Im literally ordering it again today

I had the Connecticut Lobster Roll and it was absolutely amazing! The lobster was fresh and they put plenty of it on the roll. The bun was buttery and toasted perfectly, not to mention I don't know what they use to marinate their house-made pickle spears, but that was the most tasty pickle I had ever. I'd buy a whole jar of their pickles if I could. The fries were good as well. Compared to Cousin's Maine Lobster, I would definitely recommend Costal Local Seafood instead!
