Very disappointed with the quality of this restaurant. First, I want to clarify that this has nothing to do with the DoorDash driver. The delivery was fine. My issue is entirely with the restaurant.
I ordered two sancocho de gallina, which is supposed to be a traditional Colombian soup with hen, potatoes, corn, plantain, and a rich broth. What I received looked nothing like the pictures they advertise. Instead, they sent a small container mostly full of cooked plantain with broth and almost no meat or proper ingredients. It was absolutely not a real sancocho.
The packaging was also very poor, and the portion was extremely disappointing for the price. What they show in the photos online is completely different from what they actually send.
To make matters worse, when I called and spoke with the manager, the response was very unprofessional. I was told that because I chose delivery instead of picking up the order, DoorDash should handle the complaint. That makes no sense because DoorDash did not cook the food — the restaurant did.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. The same issue occurred last week, where the food delivered was nothing like what was advertised or what I paid for.
Overall, very unsatisfied with the quality, presentation, and customer service. I would not recommend this place.

Everything was good for sure but the beans are a little too flavorless and I paid $7 for extra maduros and only got like 4 extra pieces that's a little too expensive for the amount I'm getting

I requested utensils, but none were included with the order. Additionally, the food presentation wasn’t great—the recipient mentioned it didn’t look very appealing. The beans tasted good, but they weren’t the traditional paisa beans that usually come with a bandeja paisa. I understand I didn’t order the full bandeja paisa, but rather the mini version, which seemed to be the same dish in a smaller portion.
