Good quality chicken. We ordered the sesame C9. Sesame Chicken and C10. General Tso's Chicken / 左宗鸡. They both came with a full size box of rice. The D6. Plum Juice/ 酸梅湯 had a strange taste to my American tongue, beware

Treated myself for spring break. The V13. Ma Po Tofu / 麻婆豆腐 and MS1. Fatty Beef Mala Soup / 肥牛麻辣烫 were really tasty, and the sort of spicy that'll clear your sinuses, numb your tongue and alter your headspace, they don't hold back. I loved it. Ma Po was slightly too salty for my taste, but...it comes with plenty of rice, just dilute with more rice, right? Portions are generous if you're thinking the prices run high. Leftovers all weekend long. Kind of a well-kept secret right here in town.

The yuxiang eggplant was far too salty with no sweetness at all. Yuxiang eggplant should have a balance of sweet, sour, and spicy flavors. The spicy bullfrog had a strong fishy smell — it wasn’t fresh.

The deep fried CS7. Cumin Spare Ribs with Garlic / 蒜香孜然骨 are my absolute favorite thing to eat. I pair it with the green V12. Dry Cook String Beans with Minced Pork / 干煸四季豆 and then take the cumin seeds over top the rice. Best meal ever!
