This snapper was absolutely amazing! My apologies for the aftermath photo but this was by far the best snapper I've had in a long time. I'm a hospice nurse and this gave me life in a medical situation.

The Cracked Conch had good flavor, the portions was adequate, the freshness was on point and I felt like the price was worth it. What was needed for me was, the conch could have been a bit more crunchy. I miss having the condiments that I'm a custom to having, come from Miami ( conch city); such as a wedge of lemon, mustard and hot sauce, those simple things would have been the highlights to perfection. If I had an air fryer I would have really been in Conch Heaven. I recommend them for their high quality, because the conch was so fresh that it melts in your mouth, not chewy at all. When I come back to Atl I'll pay them another visit.

I really wanted to support this place, which is why I gave them a second chance—but unfortunately, this experience confirmed my disappointment.
My first order was the snapper (over $30), and it was extremely spicy with no indication on the menu. I understand people enjoy spice, but customers should be told what to expect.
I decided to try again and ordered the shrimp entrée, requesting it grilled in the preference section. Instead of clarifying anything, my entire DoorDash order was canceled. When I called the restaurant, the person who answered was not pleasant at all and offered zero real help. I initially thought items were missing, but come to find out, he canceled my order simply because I didn’t order the “right” shrimp option.
The issue is—how was I supposed to know? There’s no clear explanation of whether the “regular” shrimp is fried, grilled, or prepared another way. Instead of helping me understand or fix the order, I was left to figure it out on my own and reorder everything from scratch.
On top of that, when I finally did get the food, the shrimp was overly spicy again (for no clear reason) and rubbery. For the prices they charge, the quality and overall experience just don’t match.
At one point, I genuinely liked this place and would go out of my way to support them. But between the lack of menu clarity, inconsistent food, and poor customer service, it’s just not worth it anymore.

let me tell u something. i aint even gonna front. this food was amazing. fresh, delicious, portions great. this is hands down my favorite door dash restaurant. this will be my goto whenever im at work. doordash driver was timely . food is chefs kiss!!!
