A little cheap on the sausage. They cut in in half to spread it out but for the price I don't think that's a fair choice. Also could use more than one syrup as the pancakes themselves were good and very good size.

The everything bagel with salmon, onions, tomato and cream cheese is delicious. Bagels are awesome and they always get my order right.

I ordered an everything bagel with butter. Butter is $1.50! Hardly any butter. Ridiculous that I spent over $17 for a buttered bagel and a large iced coffee.

the iced coffee was not flavored and lacked my request of half and half and sugar.
my blt the lettuce and tomatoes tasted like onion. gross. don't know why they keep those veggies with the onion

I would say 99% of the time my order is right. This last time one of the orders was missing cream cheese on it which was part of the standard water and not a customization. But I will continue to order from them. Their bagels and other breads are great.
