Great new coffee place! The coffee was goooood I got the Pearl Latte with an extra shot. Not too sweet, not too bitter. Creamy not all cream like some local coffee places. The Sundried Tomato Quiche Slice was delish! Great flavor and perfectly cooked. The Triple Berry Scone was much bigger than I thought it would be. It was more like a piece of cake (in size) but tasty! Will order from here again

The Blackberry Chai Latte was really good. The blackberry flavor added to the drink and didn't overpower the chai flavor.
The Pearl Latte was also very good. I thought I would taste more caramel but, that might just be my over zealous sweet tooth. I will order again.
The Cheddar Kolache was great. The difference b/w this and other locally made kolaches is that the Confident Kolache had a lot of filling.
I can't wait to try new things from this shop.

I've been eating these Jalap Kolacheeno from here for years now. This is by the worst it's like it's been sitting out for a week. It's very hard and the meat inside looks old.
