HOLY COW. I'm usually one to be obsessed with the unique, fun flavors at any place, but I swear their classic chocolate chip cookies might be the best I've ever had. The cookies are also big and rich, so a dozen is more than enough to share with 4-6 people.

I normally get their mint-chip ice cream cup. Their ice cream is wonderful. but I was really disheartened and disappointed when mine arrived tonight. it had obviously melted and been refrozen. it was icy and tasted old. The scoops are usually 6 ounces and this was more like 2 ounces. very disappointing!

1. cookies not warm: they were quite cool and some had undercooked innards
2. unclear if cookies are fresh: they may have been sitting out a bit
3. inconsistent cookie size: got a few that were approx 4" dm and others that were mebbe 3", if i was being generous
pros
1. cookie taste ok: good enough, but not worth the price

Cookies were pretty good, not bakery level but fine for the price. Ice cream tasted like cheap low quality stuff though - not sure why it's advertised as "hand scooped" as if that's supposed to be a good thing. I guess someone scooped low quality ice cream out of a tub using their hand? Ok..
