love ordering from cookies! always perfectly seasoned, perfectly crispy, and the chicken is moist! the side options are a little bland, however, the chicken alone is worth the 5 stars!

Barn Burner was spectactular. Juicy and the hoped for step up from the iconic chick-filet -- it hits. Wide range of spice levels -- 4 star meant business, and 2 star perfect for one who wants some heat without the burn. The sauces were great too.
The Large Bag O Bites however left something to be desired. Kind of dry, not as crispy as hoped - light on breading and crunch, chicken a little chewy.

4/5 stars. The chicken was mostly moist,as well as crispy, with fresh ingredients and a tasty bun, flavorful sauces, however - there was zero spice. The habenero ranch was hotter than the habenero chicken! Which tasted plain. And for the price, I'd expect better. Expensive and mild.

Amazed at the taste and quality of the meal. Simple comfort food done with care. The gravy had the right amount of spice, the chicken even in the mashed potatoes and gravy was still crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Amazing! Will definitely order again!

Hmmm...I'm really not sure. I love spicy food, but as a first-timer, I wanted to be cautious. I seemed too spicy at only a two..I think maybe because it was only heat, not flavor. Lots of raw cayenne is what it tasted like. Though I do want to see what it tastes like cold. The chicken itself was decent, not "boiled" like I would describe KFC. The coleslaw was lovely, I was so happy it wasn't overwhelmed with mayonnaise like some versions. The potatoes... well, the potatoes alone were okay, but the gravy was really brown water masquerading as gravy. Pretty awful. Seems like a lot of reviews say that. I wish the restaurant would do something about that, because I usually order chicken so I have a legit reason to get mashed potatoes and gravy. If the gravy's no good, it will keep me from ordering again.
