• 11/21/23So the steak was actually pretty good. 3 stars because I asked for straight horseradish and got creamy, I had even called the restaurant after placing my order through DoorDash to specifically ask for it. My biggest complaint is that I spent $14 on a slice of cake that was soooo small. Very disappointing for the amount of money I spent on it. It was thin and even looked to be a few layers short compared to the photo. Definitely not a mile high.

The Porterhouse is good, tender, juicy, correct level of herbage. Renegade Prime Rib Dip minus a few points for including fancy cheese and onions and mushrooms when I had selected to remove, the meat was good otherwise. BBQ Tri-Tip Sandwich good flavor, needed to be cooked a bit longer. Trialblazer Cobbler has the potential to be good, peaches need a longer blanch/fry, crust needs a better flour, otherwise tastes goood.
Thick fries ok, not too much herbage. Vanilla Icecream ok. Salad ok, onions surprisingly edible, balsamic dressing ok. Beef Au-jus dip ok. Sandwich buns standard. Bacon and mac and cheese ok. Baked beans could be cooked longer, standard. Rolls standard. Garlic butter spread, no comment. Ketchup was amazing.
