food was absolutely terrible! chicken was very overcooked. chips were burnt and crsipier than a bag of potato chips and so heavy with salt. they were out of gravy and didn't even bother telling me and I was in there picking it up

My only complaint is that every time I order I have to follow up with a phone call to ensure there's no chicken salt.

Chips were good. Hot and fresh. The tenders and snack items weren't fresh and were colder. Definitely had been cooked earlier and sitting in the hot box
