The open faced sandwiches are my favorite!  The rye bread is amazing. Dates in a Blanket were a sweet & savory treat

The restaurant smells amazing ! The owner is European and you feel transported when you enter space. 
Food was super fresh , delicious and well prepared, from the taste to the presentation, and great portion. 
I will definitely be dining in next visit !

An oasis of culture in the drab, gray suburban sprawl. Try it once, and you'll have a new favorite local restaurant. Every single item has been excellnt. Have additional questions? They accept requests, and a phone call will lead to EXACTLY what you want. Fair prices, coupled with excellent discounts. Dates In a Blanket an absolute must. Just go!!

Frikadelle - spent over $25 for 6 bite-size meatballs, 5 marinated cucmber slices, mashed potatoes and a cabbage slaw.  and meatballs were dry and tasteless. thought I'd try something new.  so much for this restaurant.

Beetroot tartar was a meal in itself!  Gravedlax was delicious,  had a light sauce but very flavorful
