Copper Oven is one of the best restaurants in Wichita. I have never been disappointed with anything I've ordered from here. The Gravy Train Omelet is superb! It's got the perfect balance of ingredients and was packaged well with the gravy separated. Highly recommend!

Copper oven used to have one of the best burgers in town. What I got today was sad, dry and bland. Very disappointed in the quality.
