I have ordered from here MULTIPLE times as well as visiting in person . I will say the flavor never changes . Amazing every time. The drinks are great and the atmosphere is very chilled . The service is very pleasant and quick . I did have 1 incident with my food not being done as it usually is but the manager didn't hesitate to fix the issue . I highly recommend this place . Mofongo de pernil & the Aguacate Relleno de camarone is THE BEST EVER .

We are a 6 year customer that will no longer be ordering or eating from here. They must have changed chefs, recipes, and replaced their signature formerly authentic cuisine with poor quality ingredients. The dish we got tonight replaced real Bistec Encebollado with bland steak strips dressed up in fresh vegetables to mask the fakeness. Maybe our 'new neighborhood folks'' may not be able to tell the difference but we do. This used to be our home away from home spot 🇵🇷 not not anymore. Other night we got what used to be one of our favorites -- the french chicken dish-- and it was honestly disgusting. i hate to say it like that but it truly was. They replaced chicken breast with cheap grade of chicken that looked like it was that chicken u find in chicken nuggets and the meat that tasted like it was frozen and the sauce was....I couldnt even stomach the sauce. it was nauseating 😭. What are y'all doing over there!?. It was a neighborhood gem and now it doesnt even measure up to your average Caridad- no shade. Whomever is making the menu and supplier decisions needs to be replaced or needs to do better. Not even mad just sad to not have this as our go to anymore. :( Miss the real Escape Latino! Come back!
