Corbin's Q truly puts tender love and care into their food. Ive ordered from here a lot, and it's consistently amazing. I absolutely love the CQ Sampler and everything else that I have ever ordered from here is incredible. Corbin's Q catering is really great as well. I cant recommend this place enough, and the value and taste for the price is above and beyond. I've tried literally every other BBQ place near me on DoorDash, and while other places range from 'okay' to good, Corbin's is my favorite. A++

I used to eat here all the time and then moved a little farther away and decided to get it today. My Onion Rings were burnt to a crisp and tasted like old grease. My tri tip was to chewy and dry and had no flavor. And my mac and cheese was super oily and cold. I am so bummed that this was my meal, the entire order was $53 for everything and the quality was not there

The ribs are always delicious and flavorful. I like to get the sauces on the side and even without a sauce, the flavor is excellent. I always order an extra sausage when I order the sampler it's so good.

What can I say other than I apologize for my negative post previously.
We went to the restaurant impromptu upon sincere apology from whomever monitors their reviews... We immediately recognized this place is a part of what defines San Diego BBQ... It's smaller than you anticipate; based on delicious menu offerings... the Food here is really good!!! We enjoyed another one of the appetizers platters (has never disappointed), mac and cheese, and the pork ribs... all delicious (ensure to order a side for Ribs.) Funny thing is what struck me was the staff... especially Dante.. Service was above and beyond that really left me speechless well until now!! hehe... he was focused and intent to provide a great experience. Checked on us a few times without being over bearing and was the total face of the brand that is presented... Worth the time and trip to enjoy yet another reason we live in Southern California!! The End... :}
