The Bibimbap is fantastic, not too spicy and the pork is perfectly tender. Only complaint I have is occasionally the restaurant takes orders while unexpectedly closed. Going in person they have a nice selection of sake and soju as well.

It was so fresh and absolutely amazing. enough for 2, but I cleared it all in 1 sitting. I ordered with Tuna and it came out perfectly.

I added extra protein (beef). It's so good and it's a nice serving size too! My second time trying this restaurant and getting this to eat. Enjoyed both times.

I did wait quite awhile for my food. The app said it was ready but it obviously wasn’t. But while I waited I began to browse. And I discovered some very delicious treats! I found this Japanese soda flavor I’d never had before! I found my favorite sparkling Japanese wine! So if you have to wait there please look around. The selection of beer, wine, desserts, sodas, teas, and Japanese snacks are sooo delicious! I felt awkward just taking up space(definitely would recommend a waiting area for pick up y’all are going places)so save yourself the anxiety and take a peep.
The food was delicious too!
So congratulations!! For having another beautiful upscale restaurant to come to Franklin, Virginia. I’ve been here all my life and I’m starting to feel that little tingle of pride for my city again. 🥰
