I always order a bagel and a frappe and they are so delicious!! Made perfectly like I ask and the bagel is still warm when it gets to me! I like their frappes more than Starbucks or Dutch!!!!

Their pickles are always old and inedible. This time in my order they put waaaaay too much syrup in my mocha. Whoever made my order today did an awful job...

I accidentally ordered it hot but wanted my coffee iced the gentleman working went above and beyond to help me. Beautiful establishment inside and great customer service I will go there more often.

Food was amazing! Coffee was hot but I did receive the wrong coffee... there are no markings on the cup about flavor or name so I imagine it could be difficult to know which is which...
for me its not a huge issue but I imagine for others it could pose a problem
