This review is coming from a south east asian.
Most papaya places don't put cilantro in their salad, and I was pleasantly surprised that they included it. It gave it a refreshing vibe for the spring/summer. If you don't like cilantro make sure you call and ask to not have it.
Stew was so delish! I love spicy so I poured the pepper sauce right into it. Didn't have to add salt , it was well balanced for my taste buds!
Pork belly isn't plain. There is some seasoning almost tastes like the red pork packet (iykyk). Def fresh and not super dried out.
If you like SEA food, this place is a milestone try!

The meat on the stick were too burnt to eat. I could smell it the second I held onto the bag before even opening it. Grill was either too hot or they left for too long. Tofu was also too soft - I was expecting a crunchy outer skin but too soft.

Garlic Shrimp. Sauce was extremely salty. Couldn't eat it with the sauce. Had to scrape it off.
Shrimp itself was just okay.
Meat on a Stick - Pork was okay, a little dry.
But the "Nia-Thi's pepper" is very good, very spicy.
Hmong Sausage Great.
Stuffed Garlic Cheese Donuts- Very Savory acquired taste.
Tofu Fries Great.
Fried Rice Simple as described but was very good.
Western Banh Mi Great
Sponge Cake - Chocolate delicious
