Coscinos is the best kept secret in town. I usually get the pasta Alfredo with chicken and it is always delicious. Today I had an 8 inch pizza. They make it New York style and it is delicious! Also, where else are you going to order an 8 inch pizza delivered? These guys have my highest recommendations for everything Italian.

The meatballsare great and the sauce
The italian salad was very tssty however it was over half ifromaine lettuce ribs. Which means i threw out half the salad. I ran a restaurant in the French Quarter and we would never allow that proportion of ribs. There was no green eaves of the romaine at all.

Was not expecting to come here and say this, but this was absolutely phenomenal Alfredo. The sauce was rich, but not too rich. Loved the green onions. The flavor was truly delectable. Restaurant Alfredo is sometimes really bland. Not this one. If you've struggled to find the perfect Alfredo, struggle no more. This is the place.

Huge portions of delicious food I will be back. I had the child's spaghetti meatballs and it was fresh and delicious and you could taste the homemade love.

Seems like they changed a lot of their ingredients or something, everything was just "ok" and could tell it wasn't made like it used to be. The sauces tasted pre-made with a weird after taste, garlic knots seemed cooked from frozen, and I was also missing an item. Portions were okay but quality was lacking. Won't order again unfortunately.
