So delicious, and makes you feel healthy with all the tomatoes in the fresh pico salsa. Order extra guacamole and sour cream! It's so savory and satisfying. Also, you must order the tender and flavorful sweet pork. It's such a treat. A meal like this can really turn a bad day around and make it the best ever. Sincerely- I do not exaggerate.

Dressing tasted super vegetal...like the cilantro used in it was not fresh. Extra tortillas were wrapped so tightly in foil and were so scorching hot that they ended up just being a big clump of dough that couldn't even be unfolded :(

The Sweet Pork Burrito was really good, along with the Chips & Queso. But the strawberries for the Strawberry Tres Leches tasted AWFUL. They tasted like plastic/chemicals. We've ordered the tres leches multiple times, and it's usually very good. But something was very wrong with the strawberries this time.

We usually love ordering from Costa Vida (about once a month) and the Foothill location is the closest.
Our most recent order was very disappointing.
We ordered a sweet pork burrito, with extra sauce on the side (6oz total), a shredded beef salad, and a shrimp taco.
The taco was near ice cold (not just "cooled down in transit" cold) and the size-to-price ratio was terrible. If I'm paying over $5 for a single taco, it better be phenomenal...this was not even close.
The shredded beef in the salad tasted like artificial liquid smoke (which I've never noticed before) and the dressing seemed MUCH thinner than normal.
The burrito itself was fine, but the extra sauces were not included (which is not the first time this has happened).
Hopefully it was just an off night, but this experience has put a sour taste in our mouths and we probably wont be visiting for a while.

I knew café rio was the better franch but I gave costa a chance and it failed me. My lettuce was brown barley had any meat and it was all clumped and cold
