quesadilla was cooked great! the rice and beans were so yummy always expect great food and they deliver

The taco was basic lettuce and corn tortilla and a threesmall slices of chicken. 1 A La Carte Quesadilla (No Rice, No Beans)was decent it had a lot of sauce and a small amountof chicken as well of

Decided to try costa vida after always getting cafe Rio and I got a sweet pork quesadilla, it tasted like burnt popcorn, the cheese wasn't melted, and the sweet pork was heavy on one side and none of the other. Wouldn't order from here again and should've stuck with cafe Rio.

Ever since Cafe Rio went downhill years ago, I switched to Costa Vida. I found it to be fresher and better value for your money. That’s not the case anymore unfortunately, Costa Vida has gone the way of Cafe Rio before it. Ingredients are no longer fresh, portions are smaller, corners are cut. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a small pork salad on a Saturday afternoon (what you would assume to be a peak time for a restaurant). The salad was missing the tortilla entirely, and the rice and beans on the side of the quesadilla looked like someone had plopped one tablespoon of each in the container. The raspberry chipotle chicken inside the quesadilla was rock hard and had no flavor, and the quesadilla itself had essentially no cheese inside of it, so it was a tortilla with hard, flavorless chicken. In addition, the inside of my bag was soaked with liquid and the containers looked like someone had stepped on them. Guess I’ll be looking for a new place for my quick “Mexican” fix from now on.

All of our meals had BARELY any meat in them. My husbands salad was 90% lettuce and had only a few pieces of chicken.
My burrito was 1/3 of the size it typically is.
The sides of chicken we ordered were not even half way full. Very disappointing.
