Wow! What an amazing meal and it was delivered so quickly. I had my meal within 20 minutes and it was hot, fresh and delicious. I do wish the menu included some detail. I was expecting Chicken on the bone but this is a boneless breast drizzled with sauce and sliced. No complaints at all though because it was delicious!! So tender and juicy and the collard greens and Mac and cheese actually had FLAVOR. I will definitely reorder from Count Porkula.

This was my second time. Ive had forgettable sides, the beans and potato salad. Had a 1/2 slab of the ribs on a Friday night that were very moist,but no exterior appeal at all no hint of a bark or mild ring....on a Monday I ordered smoked Turkey breast (heavily injected, felt like boars head but not as good) , a rib and chicken wings. All weren't that smoked at all, the all felt wet in a sreamed way, disappointing both times. To boot, only one bbq sauce added despite multile items/requests.

First time trying, so I'm not sure if the fries and other sides were supposed to be sweet, but they tasted like someone used sugar instead of salt to season the food. The Certified Angus Prime Brisket was wonderful and the meats and mac 'n cheese in the Trio Platter was delicious.

The Smoked Wings were cooked absolutely flawlessly. They had a perfect crispy texture.. I wasn't a fan of the dry rub flavor, and I really like dry rubs usually. The nachos Almost Famous Nachos seemed to be missing something and just weren't impressive. The Deviled Egg Potato Salad was good and bc I did a pick up order I was able to add banana pudding which was great.
