CONGLOMERATION PLATTER 1)
chicken, turkey and ham (highly recommend) taste is there with the ham and turkey, the chicken was kind of bland but overall chicken, ham and turkey are tender, moist, flavorful and delightful!
-baked beans are tasty but heavy on the tomato flavor, overall a good side to choose!
-Cole slaw very disappointing. dry and missing key factors of what makes it Cole slaw. not recommend.
side of apples also disappointing. mushy and didn't seem fresh. would not recommend!
CONGLOMERATION PLATTER 2)
-Pulled pork very bland but had some moisture. definitely need to dip in sauce!
-sliced brisket SO DRY IT WAS CRACKING AND NOT EDIBLE. No flavor and honestly, dipping it in sauce didn't help at all.
-Pork ribs had a decent taste of you managed to not slice your gums to get past the jerky skin. Super dry and didn't seem fresh at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Honestly, each item was perfectly seasoned and prepared. The Fried Wings were hot when I received them, the Black Eyed Peas (OMG) tasted like I cooked them myself and the Fresh Field Corn.....my God. Whoever cooked it is absolutely amazing.

 The fried chicken livers we're excellent as always. The finger and rib combination plate, although delicious, had very little meat on the bones, and the chicken, which was grilled was very, very dry. The food arrived less than warm. But still very tasty.

The BBQ CHICKEN PLATTER, chicken was burnt, the leg quarter on the right backside was burnt like the left. I only received approximately a half spoonful of cabbage and the fries were the tough outer skins with the bottom fries soaked in cabbage broth.
