All subs are prepared on fresh bread baked daily and garnished with your choice of lettuce, tomato, onion, and hot peppers. your choice of provolone, swiss or american cheese (cheese not included with all subs)

Thin crust is Cousin Mario's favorite. we make our own dough, let it rise and then it's hand-thrown. afterwards, it's topped with your favorites then baked in our brick oven.

Using fresh dough, we press out our crust to insure its thick bodied texture. then we add your favorite topping and a generous helping of mozzarella cheese. this pie in naturally big (16" x 16") and can easily feed the whole family.

First we take our homemade dough and stretch it, fill it with your favorite toppings, add ricotta and mozzarella. next, we fold the dough over and seal in the flavors as they are baked in our brick oven to a beautiful golden brown. add a serving of homemade tomato sauce on the side and you'll soon find out why this is a favorite in mays landing!.
