• 7/14/23I don't normally like red peppers, but I assumed since they couldn't be removed that they were cooked into the sauce, and that made it amazing. It was so savoury, I finished it within 5 minutes of it being dropped off. The beef dip was also fantastic. I took out the onions and got cheese sauce because 2 year aged cheddar sounded magical. It was so good. I wish the bread was crispier but that was probably my fault for needing the cheese sauce. The dip portion was extremely generous. I usually run out and I only finished about half. The cookie was also delicious. Not too sweet, nice crisp on the outside, moist and soft on the inside.

• 7/6/25Hickory smoked beef with crispy onions and lettuce came with no BBQ sauce, about 4 pieces of fresh onion and a couple shavings of lettuce literally. I would not order this. It's bland, dry, and paying extra for toppings is pointless.

also for a $24 sandwich youd think there would be a sofficiant amount of meat. never seen it this sad before.
$3.50 for a can of pop!!! jokes i thought I was purchaving at least abottle

• 3/15/24Overall everything was good. I ordered the Hickory Smoked Beef Large. Sandwich is packed with meat which I loved but it was pretty dry because there's almost no sauce (even though i added two extra sauces) on the sandwich so I had to add my own condiments and it made it so much better. Mac and Mac n' Cheese was also pretty good. Again, wish there was a bit more sauce on the meat to enhance the flavor of the meats they add. The Smoked Chocolate Brownie One was nice and fudgy and tastes great with ice cream and you can smell the slight smokiness they add to it. Will definitely order again and try some other sandwiches

• 3/8/26I leave this review with mixed feelings. The size and quantity ae literally 1/2 to 1/3 of what was offered previously. The flavour was good but everything that made me a lover historcally is basically gone. I know costs have escalated but that is a drastic change.
