1. Time management issues, placed a carry out order that was supposed to be ready after 20 minotes, but took over an hour to be ready sohadto wait there for an excessive amont of time.
2. Meals were not packaged with any rhyme or reason. placed 2 orders of biscuits Biscuits & Gravy with Bacon or Sausage and only got one order of gravy but 6 biscuits. both orders included bacon, but one of the servings of bacon was put in with my kids Mini Confetti Pancakes meal? and my Mini Buttermilk Pancakes ended up being another order of the Confetti Pancakes instead of the plain Pancakes.
Everything tasted OK, but there was not nearly enough gravy for 6 biscuits and trying to figure out where everything was within the containers was annoying. might be better if you eat there instead of getting to go, but this such an insane amount of time to wait for carryout.

Got the Biscuits & Gravy with Bacon or Sausage and the gravy was bland, the biscuits were hard and flavorless. The bacon was the best part. Shame because inside the restaurant, the food is great! Delivery much, much less so. Would not get this again.

Fried steak quality was plain and a frozen product. Gravy was flavorless. Eggs over cooked. Hash browns were very good

Our gravy for biscuits & gravy was missing. We asked for crunchy bacon and it was soft. The scrambled eggs were very uncooked & runny in the middle. Flavors were bland. Very very disappointed. My surprise breakfast in bed for hubby was ruined.

The food was awful. The potatoes tasted awful. The chicken gravy was like a bad tasting gruel. And the gravy for the chicken fried steak tasted like melted plastic. The chocolate cake was dry and stale. I thought Cracker Barrel had better good than this! There were no napkins or silverware or cranberry sauce for the Turkey platter as well as any Turkey gravy to
Cover the dressing or Turkey. Just awful and it cost a lot of money!
