They have the best potato salad on the planet. Love their Smash Burger and Lauren's Salad as well. Never disappoints!

Pros- ( above acerage)
-Smoked Turkey was wonderful
-Salads fresh and crisp
Medium-( just okay)
-Corn was so so. It tasted good but wasn't special. It tasted like corn from a can.
-Burger was okay. Not better than Five Guys, shake shack , or In & Out.
Cons-
-Very small portions. 76.99 for hardly any food. So expensive for what you get.
- Pastrami was awful. Shoe leather in texture, Very fatty, and sweet rub not savory.
- Salads came with no dressing. That was disappointing.
- Blue cheese cabbage was awful . The boats is ten times better. Save your monry.

The 1/2 Pound Brisket was disappointingly dry; fall apart tender and had good flavor but my mouth was as dry as the Sahara. The corn bread was fire, probably the best part of this meal. If you want to try the brisket, I recommend the Brisket Grilled Cheese, the bbq sauce adds the needed moisture and the cheese is just chef's kiss, although a bit salty. The Loaded Baked Potato (Copy) is HUGE; as good as any other baked potato out there, nothing to write home about, I'll proabably get the garlic & herb mashed potatoes next time. The Loaded Mac N Cheese was the best side I had, cheesy, and the noodles were cooked to perfection, I recommend it. What I don't recommend is the Street Corn, it doesn't seem like they use sweet corn and it isn't seasoned so it's bland, dry, and all you can really taste is the fried onion on top. Overall subpar meal, I've had better bbq at BJ's.

This place was so amazing when it opened up. The brisket would melt in yorir mouth, and the short rib was Devine. Now the meat is so dry you almost choke on it when you eat it. It's really disappointing how the quality has gone down as the prices went up. Back when it first opened I would have paid whatever. Now it's just sad.

I went to Craft in Arcadia and asked the waitress Ashley W if she had ever had the Rudy Vegan and she said no but she had costumers that raved about it.... I love oyster mushrooms so I tried it and... It was soo good. First bite, I thought Ashley had mistakenly given me a chicken sandwich because it was so meaty!
My only regret is that I ordered medium spice and it was a little too much for this Texas girl so beware. I say go mild! It was so good that when I got home I "doordashed" one for my friend to try!
