The food was fantastic! I ordered a custom pizza with sous vida chicken, sausage and pepperoni and pretzel bites.
The pizza was definitely the highlight with it having the best crust I've ever tasted. It was all very delicious.

Overall I really like this place. Specifically that I can build my own salad and that everything looks and tastes fresh. However there are a few issues that if fixed would make this place perfect. The first thing being consistency. I ordered almost identical salads yesterday and today and what I got each time was very different. Yesterday the bowl was so full the lid could barely fit on and today its hall empty. yesterday the bacon was cut into bite sized pieces, today its just two full strips thrown on top. The amounts of each item added to the salad are very different as well. The second thing is how we are able to build a salad on doordash. I understand not allowing all kinds of alterations, but I should be able to say I want double sweet potatoes or extra feta. And lastly, get some regular croutons. I think its lovely that you offer a gluten free crouton, but I'm not gluten intolerant and I want the real ones. Regardless I will order again because the quality is very good.

Craft has really gone downhill. Between getting rid of French fries, their new chicken salad recipe (gross), the price hikes from last year, and now lower quality pizza, it's just not worth it any more.
Will not be ordering again. Go back to the old Craft Food Hall quality.

the cheese pizza was hard like a cracker and inedible. the kids chicken bites were also too hard to eat. the rest of our food was pretty good. it was a takeout fail for our family. I really needed a night off from making dinner but it was an evening of disappointing food and tears.
