• 6/17/24Smothered chicken wings Mac and cheese greens and sweet potatoes are all absolutely delicious..I appreciate fresh cooked food..I recommend this place if you're looking for good soul food The prices are reasonable and I got a peach cobbler for dessert with the meal...I will be ordering again soon!!!!GREAT JOB CREED ON LAKE!!!!!

• 10/16/25The food was amazing as always <3 kinda sad I ordered peach cobbler and didn't get it lol I will come back for it. Nice little place when you don't feel like cooking Sunday dinner or just cooking overall. The food taste homemade, the blackeye peas were good asF, catfish seasoned to perfection, mac n cheese tasted like heaven. Staff was so professional and friendly:) very clean and sanitary place.

• 1/8/26Everything was great fish seasoned wonderfully and fried to perfection the pork chops are tasty and tender the greens are good and main cheese was banging the chicken was a small bit extremely flavorful great seasoning kudos to the chef. We will order again.

• 5/17/26The Dressing was bland. The macaroni and cheese wasn't cheesy lacked a good melty cheese like American and couldn't taste the sharp taste of cheddar. The portion size was small for the sides. The Fried Catfish was way overcooked. The pork chop smothered gravy was ok but the meat didn't seem as fresh as when I make it. I'm not ordering here again.

• 8/16/25got the 3 sides entree, the chicken is very tiny, barley any meat on them, the greens, dressing, and sweet potatoes were ok, the cornbread was very hard and the mac and cheese was on the dryer side..i didn't receive the peach cobbler i ordered...i may give them another chance but definitely not pleasantly memorable unfortunately
