This semi-frozen dessert is made from water, cane sugar, citrus or fruit, coffee, cocoa and other fresh produce. Originally from Sicily, it is best served with panna (fresh cream) except for lemon and accompanied by a brioche (sweet bun) commonly honored as La Colazione Alla Siciliana.
