Tonight I tried the Maple-Bourbon Salmon Risotto for the first time. It did not disappoint! The salmon was perfectly done, flavorful and flaky. The sauce was the perfect complement, just sweet enough to be delicious. And the portion was very generous in size! I will definitely order this dish again. I also had the peel & eat shrimp and they remain a favorite; the seasoning is so flavorful that cocktail sauce is not even needed.

I have ordered many meals here and have not had a single bad one. They have their regular menu plus daily specials in the evenings. Everything seems to be from fresh ingredients and everything is perfectly cooked including steaks and fish. I feel bad for other places I did not try since I found this one.

Crimson American Grill is our go-to spot for a reason—it never misses. The New York strip is hand-cut fresh and cooked to perfection every time. Their buffalo chicken bites are a game-changer: all white meat and zero mystery. My son swears by the lasagna, while my wife’s favorites include the taco salad and what she calls “the best burger in York.” Local dining doesn’t get better than this!

instead of fettuccini, I ordered it with penne pasta, and added mushrooms. So delicious! The alfredo sauce is perfect! Delicately done, doesn't taste heavy. I definitely recommend it. I really like the idea that you can choose from different pasta! Tastes fresh, and the portions are big enough to save some for later!

The cream of crab soup was awful. It tasted like flour and salt with barely any crab meat or flavor. The Alfredo sauce in my pasta was also very bland. For the price I paid I'm extremely disappointed. Portions were decent. If I ever decided to order again it will not be these two dishes.
