I don't get the hype at all. Crumble Cookies are terrible. The cookie base is bitter, and the icing is too sweet. The only flavor that was remotely okay was the Boston Cream, but even then not worth the price.

The cookies were overcooked and it was nothing like the preview showed. Peanut butter had been baked in the cookie where it was mixed in the batter not as a filling . The cookies were hard not soft . This is definitely not the normal

Cookies just tossed into the box, 2 upside down, chocolate mixed with non, and a cookie was already broken AND they were hard. Not. Happy. I've truly struggled with THIS particular location for a while and this order was my last straw...I'm so done.
