These are the best cookies I've ever tasted in my life.. my favorite one is the chocolate chip cookie. Chocolate chips are so good and it's really soft.. good texture and flavor.

i was given the 3 pack for my birthday, and got to choose the cinnamon roll, birthday cake, and the sugar cookie. the cinnamon roll and sugar cookie were both raw???? like, they weren't even cooked at all

I wouldn't order from this crumbl or any crumbl again. I've loved their cookies and the weekly flavor update but they are always out of stock and the app/doordash never reflects their stock. They always replace deluxe items with regular items, and never give you the money back that you paid for the upcharge. Last time, I paid for a peanut butter brownie and got a regular brownie batter cookie and this time I paid for an Andes mint brownie and got a regular chocolate chip cookie. Crumbl is always disappointing and it's hard to get your money back since I have been on and off the phone with customer service. Not recommended by me.

I got three of the wrong cookies but the staff were really kind when I was picking up the cookies. Just a reminder to myself and others to check the box before you leave the store. It was rush hour so it helps to be more attentive.
