Chocolate chip cookie was overcooked and hard. Cheesecake was about half filled. Other two cookies were good. But disappointed for 50% of the box to be unsatisfactory. Having DoorDashed from this location before, it feels like the bad batches of cookies get given to DoorDashers versus when I pick up in person.

This place used to be so much better. Now things are undercooked, the frosting for the pink sugar cookies is practically liquid, many of the cookies don't spread out properly so they end up ball-shaped (which is probably contributing to the undercooking). I'm disappointed 💔

It's the first time we've ever had an issue with an order from this store. We literally love crumbles and their cookies. They are amazing which is why I ordered two of the 12 mini cookies to bring for my bosses birthday and the first drop off only had one box instead of two and then the second drop off had the box it should've but the cookies were all jumbled and looked atrocious and instead of two cookies they added one large cookie. The presentation is not good way different than the first box that looked wonderful.
