It's the first time we've ever had an issue with an order from this store. We literally love crumbles and their cookies. They are amazing which is why I ordered two of the 12 mini cookies to bring for my bosses birthday and the first drop off only had one box instead of two and then the second drop off had the box it should've but the cookies were all jumbled and looked atrocious and instead of two cookies they added one large cookie. The presentation is not good way different than the first box that looked wonderful.
