No place else in Kansas City can you experience the quality, taste and texture of a one of a kind cookie. I highly recommend this store.

This will be the LAST time trying Crumbl -- I thought the other bad experiences were maybe a fluke but obviously not. The cakes are consistently gross and clearly made way in advance, frozen, and then dethawed because THAT is their only flavor. The cheesecakes this week had a nice hardened film on the top that you can see dethawing and turning into a nice layer of moisture -- the decorative Oreos were mush. I threw both away. Definitely won't be ordering again.

Crumbl has finally figured out how to cook their cookies properly. The cookies were delicious.When they packed my order they smashed the frosting on one of my cookies.I was a bit upset but it's alright. I would probably order again.

The banana bread cookie is my favorite one but the independence location never does it how the picture shows or how other locations make it. And it needs more icing.
