My daughter sent me a Party Box as an early Christmas present and I was so impressed that I ordered a box to have available for the holiday since the box she sent is gone. Every cookie, cake or pie/ tart is a wonderful treat and flavors differ with some as regulars but others changed every time I look. The icing is almost as thick as the cookie which is thick and tasty. There is nothing skimpy with a Crumbl cookie and anyone would be pleased as a box for any occasion.

It looked like the box had been thrown around or rolled over. All the minis were messed up, frosting was everywhere.
I'm not sure where the mistake happened and it could've just been a simple mistake.
Crumbl cookie is something you're paying a little extra for because of how pretty the end result is over other cookies I could buy that are cheaper.
Just disappointed.

the cookies are good, but both times it was doordashed tonight both being left out for a minute the package had so many openings it was infested with ants both times. so 40$ basically wasted, they really need a better delivery packaging

Sloppiest presentation I've seen from them. One cookie was missing its icing all together. Others had so much it was thicker than the cookie.
