• 8/21/24Cookies were okay. Sold out again of what we wanted, but ordered what they had anyways. Waited way too long for three $5 cookies in a box. Way later than pickup time in app. Why are pickup orders not on the pickup board? Unnecessarily chaotic.

• 6/25/25Bought two mini 6-packs. Some of the cookies tasted old, a bit dried out and crunchier than the usual Crumbl quality. Very disappointing, as usually fairly consistent. Dont think I'll order again. And they were all tossed about in the box, so smooshed and one top of one another.

• 10/13/25I ordered a mix of different cookies and they were all chocolate chips. Some of the cookies were broken. I know the restaurant is called Crumbl but that doesn't mean I like my cookies crumbled.
