Cookies were amazing, only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is because one of the cookies I placed an order for was sold out and was not advised when I arrived. I don't mind that it was sold out but I would have greatly appreciated if the staff let me know so I could pick another flavor of my choice. Instead they put a random flavor. Cookies were great and as I expected them to be.

I’m disappointed with my recent order. I specifically requested that each cookie be placed in an individual box, and small boxes were included with the order, but all 5 cookies were packed together in one large box instead. Because of this, two of the cookies arrived smashed together during delivery. I paid for the order to be packaged a certain way and it was not followed. I would appreciate a refund, credit, or replacement for the damaged cookies

The cookies were good however the only complaint I have is the service k ordered the cookies at 8:30 and went to pick them up at around 9 and didn't receive my cookies until 9:30 the wait was extremely long.
