Strawberry brownie is not quite baked. These are some huge cookies and packaged very well but cookie was kind of under baked overall it was not what I expected from crumble cookie. Perhaps made yesterday?... I am not going to order from Bellevue location again

Cookies are delicious. Only complaint is that I'm not able to earn points with ordering on Doordash. I contacted customer service and you have to order through store, but delivery is way more expensive and was cheaper with DD

I ordered a 4-pack box and different cookies arrived than the ones I ordered. I placed this order on DoorDash and they didn't call me to tell me they didn't have the cookies and they sent me other ones.
