I was disappointed that the cookies were all on top of eachother and one was broken into a few pieces. The taste was the same. But you pay a lot of money and expect the presentation to be better than store bought cookies.

For one the s'mores cookie was not even fully baked the center was still raw then the Oreo cookies sandwich the cookies were burnt and came out crunchy and hard to eat, as where the cookie cut the roof of your mouth like your eating captain crunch the only saving grace was the other two out of the 4 pack were cooked fine but they were just underwhelming

Second week in a row to order 100.oo worth of cookies and didn't receive have of the order. The store took zero responsibility and didn't deliver what was paid for.

I understand you sell out of items, no problem, but you should then contact the customer and notify them of the situation instead of choosing cookies for them. Half of my order last night was chosen for me due to items being sold out. I do not like the flavors chosen for me and will never eat them, therefore I miss out on HALF of my order now, wasted my money and am left with a negative taste in my mouth. Just kinda sucks on your part to be honest... the cookies are too pricey to potentially waste your customers money.
