I placed the order online the night before for pickup the next day. I walked into the store and asked for 2 additional single cookies. My single cookies were brought out in a reasonable time, but I had to wait quite a long time for an order that should have been ready prior to anything else. The cookies were not placed in the box in a very presentable way. For what I paid, I expected much better service & faster pickup time.

This was the banana cream pie cookie. Very nasty taste like play doh, cold and undone. It also looks very different from the picture advertised

expensive but great quality, I've loved everything that I've tried so far.
