They are so freaking delicious! Best cookies I've ever had. Even the next day the cookies are still soft and yummy!

I have had Crumbl before and for the most part have had few complaints but today was different. Today I preordered my cookies before the store opened and scheduled a drop off time to receive them. In the past the cookies I've ordered are normally very soft, enjoyable, and freshly made. Today my cookies were hard to bite, the flavor was bland on a couple of the flavors and they seemed to be old. The price that I paid, which to me is already overpriced, is not worth the product that I received. The cookies were not worth it. I regret my purchase and if I could take it back I never would have ordered the cookies knowing now what I would get. They were not good. I am unpleased with my purchase.

These looked awful. They barely put any icing on the cosmic brownie cookie and the sprinkles were just in a clump off to the side. I also paid for a birthday sticker to be added that wasn't there.

I was not made aware of the substitutions of cookies. I received 2 substituted cookies to which I don't care for. In the past, I always got a message for options to which I'm very disappointed I didn't this time. 

The driver was great though!
