The cookies were amazing never had them before so I was sceptical but they are well worth every penny and the cookies are big was a nice surprise and variety in my box

The cookies were stale unfortunately. Nothing like the typical gourmet tasting selection of cookies we expected (for $30!!). My kids didnt even bother to finish the box of cookies off and I had to throw them out. I will not order from Crumbl again... The Baked Bear is much better.

I don't understand all the hate this place gets, they make unique cookies and they're good quality. They're big and the price is great. I will order again <3

Katafi was not toasted and tasted stale. I typically love Dubi Chocolate items but this was a major miss in quality.

Waited an hour for my order and was never called. When I asked about the food they looked up my name and couldn't find it but I had the receipt with the correct address and everything. They took care of me quickly which was great but having to wait an hour for a glitch in the system or something was irritating. The cookies and workers were great though!
