• 12/4/25The cookies looked really good and I've ordered crumbl several times before. My sister and I ate the two different toffee ones but there was part of both that tasted very sour or bitter, hard to describe but similar to the taste of metal or acid. I tried drinking water but the taste stayed in my mouth. It makes me reluctant to order again, also considering each cookie is about $6-7.

• 5/3/26i got the biscoff tres leches, kentucky butter cake cookie, white chocolate raspberry cheesecake, and the cake batter cookie and they was fireeee. the tres leches is literally a piece of cake so good! Kentucky reminds of of funnel cake but it's not overtly sweet has a hit of salt because of the butter . The other two were just a nice sweet treat but they are super sweet!

• 1/15/26Cookies seemed old and stale. Cookies are too sweet, wouldn't order this again. I've had this in Vegas and the cookies were much more fresh and tasted better.
