The cookies were cooked horribly. We paid a lot of money to have good Crumbl cookies and the cookies were like thin and falling apart and overcooked. I was very unhappy with the quality of Crumbl cookie.

Cookies amazing. But I paid a dollar extra for a birthday box and I guess I was disappointed that just meant a smalls sticker. Not worth the extra dollar

The counter lady was very rude to our Office Administrator who I asked to pick up the office treat. The order was not ready and she claimed not to know which order was ours ever though a receipt with that information was offered to her. Her customer service skills are very poor.

I think there cookies are absolutely amazing, they are always made fresh and you get a different taste of cookies every week. If your looking for a cookie place this is your place to go.
