Placed my order at 7:24. It had a projected pickup time of 7:38pm. My order wasn't ready until 8:11pm. After packaging an order ahead of me and then noticing me standing there she asked if I had an order & then said mine didn't show up on her end, yet she knew exactly what I ordered?? Strange. Long wait for 6 cookies that cost $30.

I received my order but it wasn't what I thought it would be. I ordered a 4pk for $19.99
1st cookie - Dubi Brownie
2nd cookie- cereal Cookie (fruity pebbles)
3rd cookie- banana Bread cookie
4th cookie - Regular chocolate chip
Well I received a call from DoorDash saying they were out of the dubi brownie which I paid and extra $2.99 on the app and couldn't get it.
And the fruity pebble cookie instead of a whole cereal cookie I received 3 minis in my box which was strange. And the Banana bread cookie was melted and messy. Overall I give them 5/10

Disappointed! I paid for the Happy birthday Sticker, ribbon and note to be attached to her 12 pack of cookies. It was for my daughter which was delivered by DoorDash today. No note, no Happy Birthday ....nothing plus you didn't have one of the cookies of the week.

I've ordered from this store twice and it's been a disaster both times. Poor substitutions. They never have their flavors in stock no matter what time you order. Poor quality. Terrible deliveries. Awful customer service.I cannot recommend this Crumbl location.
