I normally have no issues with this store and I hope this won't be the new "norm" for them. Packaging was poor and messy, I received a completely wrong cookie, AND the triple chocolate chip was cruncher than a chip. Just sad because I was really wanting a Crumbl cookie today.

LOVE the nilla bean cupcake cookie.
the chocolate covered strawberry was waaaaayyyyy too chocolaty for me personally but the topping was delicious. the lava cookie was cook and moist and the m&m cookie was good as well

We got 2 strawberry pop tarts, 1 pumpkin and 1 red velvet. The pumpkin cookie was more like bread and it was delicious!!! Just a little smaller than the rest.

Love these cookies but this is second time that not all the cookies are same size even if is same kind so I m disappointed
I have a picture of the cookies if the store wants to see it bc I tried to call the store directly last time and no one picked up the phone I don’t think will order anymore

Employee skipped over me because I didn't press "here" on the app. However it doesn't give that option when you place the order yourself and pickup. I tried to explain, still skipped over. Cookies were basic and one was messed up. I didn't get to see my cookies before closed/sealed. So yeah, not satisfied.
